17. I AM WHAT I EAT

If the saying, you are what you eat is true ...

Then I'm in some big, big trouble because my entire life has been fueled with a steady diet of soda pop and junk food.

I was even told by doctors I was diabetic and needed immediate treatment over a decade ago.

I, however, chose not to listen to their advice and carried on with my destructive behavior.

Looking back on it, I'm shocked I've even lived this long (53 years).

Heck, I've never even had a salad or eaten a single vegetable in my entire life.

Do you think if I changed my diet for the better my life would improve?

P.S.

I have an overabundance of cracked, missing, and decaying teeth.

I've also been told I have periodontitus and some bone loss to go with it as well.

Not to mention my breath stinks like something belched out of the bowels of hell.

Are there any pro bono, Frankenstein dentists out there who would like to try and bring my teeth, gums, and oral health back to life?
